Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the source code has been delivered and accessed or downloaded. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any of our digital products under normal circumstances.
However, we understand that issues can arise. A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- You have not downloaded or accessed the source code files.
- You report a major technical issue or defect that renders the product completely unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time frame.
- You were charged in error or purchased the same product more than once accidentally.
Non-Refundable Items
All of our digital products, including software source codes, fall under the category of non-returnable and non-refundable items once accessed or downloaded.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Downloaded source code packages
- Custom-developed software files
- License keys or access tokens
